What have you been able to behold?
I still feel fairly new to this fellowship and to discovering what the heart of the church is. I think because of the nature of its small fellowship and being sometimes stuck in our own pocket of life, it can seem somewhat mystifying as to what our mission is here.

Even so, I believe God has us here in this time and space for a purpose and for a good work, whatever that may look like in time is entirely known by Him. I’ve seen the Lord’s goodness in correct, God-honoring preaching of the Word. The simplicity of the message of the gospel preached and the simplicity of the church's life brings me peace. This alone has uplifted our lives and we have been able to once again feel in step with those we are in fellowship. The overall understanding is that the word of God is meant to be taken very seriously and to be treasured in one’s life. In my own life, the treasuring of the Word again has meant a better marriage, better communication, and better daily life with my husband and child.
How have you grown in obedience?
I am learning to prioritize the non-negotiable and leaving other things behind. I think I have grown in obedience in my attitude and as well in forgiveness.
In what ways have you been transformed?
I had to ask my husband for his opinion on the ways I have been transformed; I have more peace in my life.
How have you seen others transformed by the Gospel in the life of the Church?
I’ve seen Gavin become more compassionate in our marriage as well as become even more passionate about his walk. He is an intense person to begin with and his affections are easily tied up in the Lord’s work. I see his character deepening and the Lord continuing to bless his work because of his obedience.
Anything else you'd like to share that God is doing
We are truly blessed. Very thankful we moved to Green Cove Springs in 2021 and I look forward to serving and growing alongside you all for many years. May God be glorified!
