A Night of Lament For Racial Justice

On Sunday, we began a new sermon campaign, "Lament: The Minor Key of the Christian Life." While human beings cry in a fallen world, Christians lament to God. Lament acknowledges the truth of suffering in this world and turns us to trust in the Lord. We are grateful for our friends at The Gospel Coalition. They will host an event this weekend specifically on lament for racial justice. This is a great opportunity to learn more specifically about the discipline of lament and provide us space to pray specifically for injustices committed against the image of God.
